ABOUT ME

Alyse Loomis Staging and Design is the top staging company in Utah and one of the top in the entire country. Alyse studied design at BYU and did formal training in staging in San Francisco. She then worked for many years in Seattle with a leading stager. From the time she was 15, she worked in fashion merchandising and learned that the way you set up the displays had more to do with changing sales than the merchandise or the sales price. Since then, she has merged the art of great design with the science of psychology to make potential buyers bond with home listings at first site and do anything to attain that property! For many years she has designed spaces with a creative and professional approach. Tips for Working with Alyse

Trust everything she tells you. She has the unique ability to see every aspect of your home and how to make it sell quickly. She has done this a lot more than you.
Don't take offense at her recommendations. Alyse will not judge your family, home or your style. If Alyse asks you to change some things, it's only to sell your home for top dollar.
Alyse knows all the trends. Alyse studies trends and knows what works now.
Staging is not interior design. Good staging uses good design principles, but the goal is to make buyers fall in love with your home.
Staging is not model home design. The goal of staging is to sell your house for top dollar. Not to go crazy with cute themes or experiment with crazy design.
Staging is psychology. People make buying decisions based on emotion, not on rationale. Alyse may ask you to do things that don't make sense. You may be right, but it works!
Each recommendation makes you money. She will not ask you to spend any money on unprofitable items.
